Anti-migrating agents are auxiliaries that prevent dyestuffs from migrating during intermediate drying, which prevents shade variations in the front, back, and center-selvage. They are used in dyeing and printing and can be natural or synthetic.
It prevents migration of dyestuffs during intermediate drying so that shade variation in front & back as well as centre-selvage is prevented.
The textile anti-migration agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of acrylic acid, 20-40 parts of butyl acrylate, 1-3 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-5 parts of dibutyl phthalate, 20-40 parts of ethanol, 1-3 parts of sodium persulfate, 1-3 parts of tritolyl phosphate, 2-4 parts of sodium hydroxide and 80-100 parts of water.
